Right of Withdrawal
Users have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the user or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the user, acquires physical possession of the goods.

1. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
   To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) to orders@1886publishing.com
   
   
2. Effects of Withdrawal
   If the user withdraws from the contract, all payments received from the user will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if the user chooses a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the user’s decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the user will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
   
   
3. Return of Goods
   The goods must be returned or delivered to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the user informed us of their withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the user sends back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the user.
   
   
4. Condition of Returned Goods
   The user is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
